Short description: Continuous flow hook-type shotblasting machine.

Notes: For a customer with specific production requirements, we manufactured a continuous flow shotblasting machine with a capacity of 10 hooks per hour, designed for castings with dimensions up to 1400 × 2200 mm and a maximum weight of 3 tons per hook.

The machine consists of two shotblasting chambers, each equipped with three 22 kW turbines. Due to the high content of foundry sand in the processed parts, the system is additionally fitted with a high-capacity magnetic separator to efficiently separate foundry sand from the abrasive.
