Heavy-duty Siapro HPC 3000×3000 shotblasting machine

The Siapro HPC 3000×3000 is a heavy-duty shotblasting machine fully designed and manufactured by Siapro, based on in-house know-how. The purpose of the machine is shotblasting of very complex and heavy components, with a typical shotblasting cycle time of 8 minutes. VIDEO machine in operation at customer site

Installed power: 5 × 37 kW E-ECO turbines. For highly efficient and consistent surface treatment, the machine utilizes Siapro E-ECO shotblasting technology. The machine is 100% manufactured in Slovenia, fully compliant with EU standards, and represents a highly robust and high-quality industrial solution. Transportation of the machine to the final location required five trucks, highlighting the scale and complexity of the project.
